Forschungsschwerpunkte

Producing highly resilient hybrid Al-Mg-compounds requires the systematic adjustment of local material and interface properties. On the basis of an innovative production process, the eccentric hydrostatic extrusion, as well as the determination of local mechanical properties and the resulting new damage criterion, a process chain for the production of such improved hybrid compounds will be developed.
